Rates & Insurance
Clinical Psychiatry Services:
I am an “out of network” provider and do not accept commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. I bill patients directly based on the service provided. Payment is due at the time of service via credit or bank card, HSA, or FSA accounts. I can provide a 'superbill' invoice for submitting claims to your insurance company for reimbursement. Submitting a superbill to your insurance will greatly reduce your cost of care. I partner with a company called Reimbursify to help you submit your superbill and get reimbursed directly from your insurance company, use the tool to the right.

Insurance
I strongly encourage contacting your insurance plan regarding their rates and policies for 'out of network' providers. When you call, below are some useful questions to ask:
- What are my “out of network” benefits?
- Is there a limit to how many visits may be covered by insurance?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- After I meet my deductible, what costs will be covered for each visit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- What is the process of submitting a claim?
Payment
I accept major credit cards, direct debit, and healthcare spending cards as forms of payment.
